Returns
We accept returns for unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please reach out to our Customer Care team at hello@flossitup.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, please contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@flossitup.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at hello@flossitup.com with your order number and details.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@flossitup.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item, and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.
