At Floss Beauty, we strive to get your products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days (customs delays may apply)

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60 within the United States. For orders below this amount, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees which are the responsibility of the customer. Floss Beauty is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through the shipping carrier’s website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Floss Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at hello@flossitup.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize that your address is incorrect after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@flossitup.com.
